Narxoz dormitory

Our first project with Narxoz University (total furnished area of 30,000 m2) was successfully implemented in 2022. Later we have been entrusted with customization and equipping of the new Narxoz dormitory: total site area exceeds 7,000m2, project completion scheduled for August 2024. We are pleased to share preliminary information and Mockup photos for a standard student room. In our opinion, the furnishing is comparable to that of a 4-star hotel!
Total project area: 7,000 m2 for 424 students
Number of rooms: 140 standard and 2 adapted for less mobile people (each room has working space, capacious storage systems, separate shower and sanitary facilities.)
Additional zones:
- 2 co-working;
- 9 standard kitchens and 2 staff kitchens;
- 2 administration offices;
- 1 dispatcher room;
- 2 staff lounges ;
- Laundry rooms and cloakrooms.
Office Solutions acts as a project integrator, fully equipping all areas and premises of the dormitory with furniture and woodwork from our seven trusted partners.
