Our Objective: The challenge we’ve been assigned is to design a fundamentally new, agile and flexible office, complying with the innovative management model. Its goal is to organize work of some departments in the most efficient manner, spurring the Bank response to changes in the market, demand and supply.

SB JSC Sberbank is a subsidiary of Sberbank of Russia, the largest bank in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, one of the leading global financial institutions. SB JSC Sberbank is currently known as Bereke Bank.

With the emphasis on biophilic design, easily integrated into the corporate style canvas, we paid special attention to acoustics, lighting and ventilation. We placed work zones along the ‘glazed front’ – the windows, for the natural light, while social, collaboration, co-working and coffee-break areas, as well as meeting room blocks, were located in the office ‘heart’.
